Drop Container Work In progress

Hi all,

just wanted to show you some pics of my drop container. Currently it is undergoing 'restoration'. All I do is clean it, and then wax it, to prevent it from further rusting.
In the pics you should be able to see the cleaned parts from the still-to-do.....

It was demille'd, by removing both locks....

The pull bar is a repro - been told that originals are close to non-existent.

And finally, the axes/axles (?) - one of them still has the pin rusted stuck. Probably have these blasted, and then done in red primer, as was quite common (one of the wheels is also done in red primer, the other one in green).
Thes however do not fit the container, apparently are for a different type. I am not cutting these up however, to make then fit......
