Thanks to all for your help, I really appreciate it. I had a feeling it wasn't right, luckily enough it can be returned. This was sent by a London dealer who swore it was original.

Mal, as already mentioned it's a Czech repro, sadly the UK market is flooded with these things. Tim.

Sorry for the bad news, but it's what they all say...a fake. I hope you have not paid the price of an original for it.
Nerver the less I might be interested in it since I do re-enactments and could use it well. Since the footed 1 does not fool collectors any more it's what it can be used for best. PM me if you want to get rid of it...
