    Ground dug FJ zipper

    I thought some of you might find this relic interesting. It was given to me several years ago by a man who does intensive metal detector searching in Normandy, when I visited his house.
    I know nothing about zippers, but maybe this model has somthing interesting or unusual to you FJ freaks.

    Freaks?

    Early step-in smocks used zippers like that. Some late ones too, and I would suspect Luift flight gear as well.
