    Thats annoying! Was in London yesterday/today and it did pass my mind to visit the IWM, however the lure of several pints of Green King and sitting in the sun outside a pub overcame me!!

    I wish they would make the dummies a bit more realistic looking i.e. do something with the plastic looking hands!

    Were knee/elbow pads ever issued in this dark luftwaffe grey/blue?

      They were issued in the grey/blue material....although the elbow pads didn't look like that. I guess they couldn't find a set of elbow pads, so they used a second set of knee pads. Oy....how embarassing!!
