    SOS RZ20 Chute & Harness

Did anyone else see the complete RZ20 parachute (complete with shroud lines), rip cord, harness, chute bag, and carry bag at the SOS? No maker tag but it was marked for He111 and Ju52.

Yes, I did. There were two RZ20 on the show.

The vendor was asking $2500 - was that a reasonable price for the set?

I think 2500$ for a complet RZ20 is more than a resonable price! Here you can't find one less than 2500E with metal box!

German parachutes are not common but easier to find in the U.S.A. They were a popular G.I. souvenir although the approving officer often made the guys cut the shroud lines first. I think the price -- as with so many items at these big shows -- was a bit inflated. Perhaps $1500 IMO..
