Here is a real FJ-R1 NCO's cuff title. Of course, there was another type but this is generally accepted as the 'textbook' model. It is quite possible that a man transferred to FJ-R2 would convert his cuff title if he couldn't get an FJ-R2 cuff title. Some of the old II./FJ-R1 men who formed the cadre of Fallschirmjäger-Rgt 3 converted their cuff titles in this way, or had FJ-R3 ones made up, but they were strictly unofficial.

Though uncommon and unusual, that cufftitle is original. Very few cufftitles were made for FJR2, completely possible that a FJ took his FJR1 cufftitle and had the "1" replaced by a "2". I have seen that cufftitle in person.....it is ok.

Not only is it authentic, but as Willi said, "uncommon." Very desirable and a fair price IMO.
