The measures are the following:
Height: 53 mm
Width: 41,8 mm
Eagle: 50,7 mm
More details:
The pin is supposed to have been restored after the war. The small rivets have been polished up. It has a soldered catch (no circular) on a circular base plate. On the reverse there appears a hand made inscription "XX. St. 1944". Maker´s inscription seems to be the real one...

I see that you hav´nt had many replys to your question.
Heres one that I take as original in the sea of Osang fakes.
Front looks pretty much the same but the back not at all.
Hope this helps you.
