Is there anyone who has possibly more information on a officer named :

Major Vogel

This person was attached as Btl. commander with the Lw. Feld. Regt. Barenthin in Tunesia (early 1943).

Thank you both for helping in this search, i have no extra info (like name, etc ... ) on the named person

Can you tell us what documents where present in the grouping you had on the Major Vogel?

He was awarded the EK 2 and EK 1 both in Tunesia (must have been between february and april 1943) , the unit was Lw.Feld.Regt. Barenthin (probably 2 or 4 the company ), so that could help to check in identifying when such documents do show up.

I mention Major Vogel in my book. He jumped in Heraklion somewhere on the 24th of May 1941
