An encouraging thought!

Just so you know that it's still possible. I did a bit of shop-prowling today and found someone in VT, with real stuff. Mixed in with the usual, common pieces was a late-war, unmarked Juncker Luftwaffe Paratrooper badge. Definately Juncker, but the zinc had absorbed almost all the finish. the guy wanted $375 for it. Didn't buy it, but it was nice to see some real pieces for a change! Anybody else ever get lucky and find real stuff while prowling?

Hey Stogieman,
Found a nice EKI at an antique shop last year for $75. I can't think of any other German , but have found US and Jap not too long ago.
