    Rudolf Bohmler's book "Monte Cassino".

    Hello,
Bohmler's book "Monte Cassino" was translated to Portuguese and published in Brazil in the 1960s. In the local version, Bohmler dedicates several paragraphs to Brazilian troops. I've always found this strange since he didn't engage Brazilians in Italy. Are the same paragraphs present in other language versions of his book on Cassino?
    Regards,
    Cesar.

I have the book in English and there is no introduction or preface. I checked the index and there is no mention of Brazil.

In the Brazilian published version, these mentions are around page 300. I don't have the book with me right now & will check later.

        Thanks for the help.

          Monte Cassino book

I have the 1964 English print and I see no mention or dedication to the Brazilian troops? On page 300 it has words from WINSTON churchill, then the rest of the pages from there are the BIBLIOGRAPHY
