Dam your pictures are way to big kinda hard to navigate can you upload the pictures through the waf image uploader.

Yes, the photos were too large to even view effectively.

Please upload through the WAF server, as hosted photos are no longer allowed. I have removed them.

Then I would be more than glad to check out your helmet.

I initially tired loading them through WAF server and it would not allow me. Tapatalk will allow me to upload them in a smaller format if that’s what’s required.

Everything looks original, but it has been repaired and rebuilt. The green overpaint is not WWII, and it appears to be one of the FJ helmets reissued in Romania(?).

As for the photos, hosted photos are now forbidden, and we are expected to delete photos, or threads. The WAF server was modified to allow all members to use the Attachment process, so that we don't have a forum filled with empty threads when photos are missing. I have not heard of a problem with folks posting photos. Please try again.

Willi Z., Thank you for your input. I will try to log in and try to post additional images soon on WAF. The color isn’t green, sorry for the poor lighting. I will try again to capture its color to see what you think.

Preserving some of the photos so this will remain a valuable reference on these postwar reissue helmets, when the hosted photos disappear.

Thanks for your assistance. Somehow I missed the other two posts from 2019 which discusses the color from being reissued post war. Still makes a good displace piece in my cabinet .
