SS Reich wehrpass

Hi is everything ok with this wehrpass, I thought a bit odd that there is no stamps or signatures after the first couple of pages

Unless there are blindingly obvious flaws to the entries or some information in the WP doesn't tally with another piece of information within it is getting harder to tell. When it comes to WP's there are plenty of examples that don't have stamps & signatures or they have entries in pencil that weren't followed up and written in pen. We would like to believe that the admin clerks were efficient and followed the regulations to the letter but there are enough examples to show that they were anything but which doesn't help us as collectors all these years later.

Thanks for the reply Hucks, maybe it's more likely that everything is signed off in the wehrpass where the owner is kia.

Yes you may well be right, all seems reasonable to me though, if later entries were added the wehrpass would have stopped suddenly and unusually i think ? and last unit entries are nothing exciting ???

in any case I wont be selling in it any time soon it is right in my field of interest

In his wehrpass his year of birth is written as 1940 , obviously an error by the clerk , I would say it would be more likely around the 1920 mark
