Soldier's name on sterbebild ?

I recently found death certificate and EK2 doc grouping and name was not in database either. I wrote them but they refused to add that person since I am not a relative... what a strange reply...

Lets not forget, they need more proof than a death card, I have had 2 groups where the men were declared dead, even had an official death certificate in one case... and laer they turned up alive, as POWs....
