Unusual Volkssturm Soldbuch

I came across this on Crain’s Militaria website, and it has been sold. I have never seen anything like this simple bi-fold as a soldbuch.
Have any of you seen this before, and if so is it legit?
I have seen the style eagle before on a different Volkssturm document.

Why should it be sealed without any other written entry or signature?
