It looks all good to me. The signature is that of Ottomar Glimm who was killed on 7th July 1943 at Schopino.

I believe the seller is very knowledgeable with these and honest, but nice just to hear some extra opinions just the same

That's interesting , Ottomar Glimm who signed his wehrpass off was kIA himself not long after.
