I'm puzzled by this EKM.

ST. BTR. L. ART. A. 18 which I think is Stabsbatterie Artillerie-Abteilung 18 But as far as I can tell the battery's were numbered so what's with the L? Is it a misprint or am I barking up the wrong tree entirely. Perhaps it is Lehr but I can't find a reference to Artillerie-Abteilung 18 having a Lehr battery.

Any thoughts?

I think " L " means "Leichte" Artillerie Abteilung 18
