Hi Guys ! I would like to share with you an extensive Group I get for 3 Years by a german collector. For sure one of my 5-6 preferred tankkillers ! Feel free to comment and ask, I will be happy to answer if I can... It will need some posts and some time to present it completely, don't hesitate to come back regularly !

The 4 first Awards. You will - as I do - appreciate the rare print for the BWB. Look bottom left "Verm.Abt.501 (mot) IV.40 1500". This design was a front creation by Vermessungs-Abt.(mot.) 501, designed in April 1940, and 1500 copies were produced. This is more cardboard than paper, I must say !! One of the rarest printform IMO.
Signature : Major Johannes Eisermann (KC 25.8.42, early german Cross 27.11.41), GM Johannes Streich (KC 31.1.41), Glt Siegfried Henrici (Oakleaves 9.12.43).

The TDB.... No need for long researches, because Samesreuther had all details in his Grouping..... The report from his coy-Leader Oblt Grabe, the original Map with hand-mention, the Photo of the destroyed T.34, and the award of the EK.1 directly on the battlefield !!
One more time : the T.34 shown thereafter is not an example, it is "Samesreuther's one" !!

The action took place east of Stepanowka, north-west of Sslawiansk.

We have in the Group approx 25-30 "Kampfberichte" from 22.08 until oct.1943, with matching original maps... with lots of handwritten mentions from him. How S. managed to keep all this stuff is a mystery for me, but anyway, it makes the group somehow more lively...

A very comprehensive and impressive grouping. Good to see that you got the group as so many like it are split up. Compared between the time his picture was taken with MB Btl. 3 and the last as a ROB you can see in his face how much the war took it's toll on him.

Its a fascinating grouping of this guys career ,I quite enjoy reading and learning about the military exploits of the German soldier and one of the reasons I began collecting.
I would like to know how he knocked out the T34 ,hand grenade ,panzerfaust ?
