Military dog plate Luftwaffen Bataillon 131 XVII (k)

Hi, I need a confirmation, it's really very important.

As you can see following the link below, it's a military dog plate that reading around the web, and here, should be of a soldier belonging to the Luftwaffen Bataillon 131 XVII (k).
Is it correct without any doubt?
Would it be possible to trace the name of the soldier? And from which list?

As far as I see this is the unit belonging to your dog tag numbe, exactly as you identified it:

    Feldpostnummer 40481
    (30.7.1941-28.2.1942) Stab Luftwaffen-Bau-Stamm-Abteilung 13,
    (1.3.1942-7.9.1942) 3. Kompanie Luftwaffen-Bau-Bataillon 33/IV,
    (8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 7.3.1944 Stab Luftwaffen-Bau-Bataillon 131/XVII (K)

      Thank you a lot.
would it be possible to know the identity of the soldier starting from this plate?
is it possible that this plate has been delivered in Auschwitz-Birkenau Camp?
The person who has this piate is an italian man, 95 years old and says that he was a prisoner in Auschwitz-Birkenau Camp and that he was a non-Jewish member of the Sonderkommando.....
      I think it's all false.
Surely he was a prisoner but not at Auschwitz-Birkenau.
