Request for Help with German Writing

Guys...
I know that this is not a document, but I'm hoping that someone can help me in reading the writing, or figuring out the abbreviations, on this piece.
This is a piece of original art depicting a German field hospital, presumably in Russia, in February of 1943. It looks like one word might be "Feldlazaret", but I'm not sure. Any insights, thoughts, or assistance would be much appreciated!

Hi Bill ! "H.V.P." means "Hauptverbandplatz" litteraly "Main front Clinic", perhaps has an better english speaking member a more appropriate translation. Concerning the 2 words thereafter, it is the name of this russian place, and IMHO the artist himself hesitated between 2 possible spellings : "Schulopki / Schiloyky"

Do you have the Info from which Unit was the painter ? With some luck, we may find the exact place at this date in a regimental or divisional History.

By the Way, I just got a bunch of such original paintings in a 20.Pz.Div. Group !
