From what is shown : No, I don't think so.

I think the unit is an activated replacement unit :
(Reserve-)Inf./Gren. Rgt. 15 (B)
where the B stands for Brunhilde (codename for activation of replacement units, similar to Walküre).
So, it could be an interesting Soldbuch .

If everything is logic, the next unit on p. 17 would be a unit of Gren.Rgt. 871 ?!
