Luft soldier pic in SS Soldbuch

Curious if this odd, just received a grouping from a US vets widow including this SS soldbuch with a picture a Luftwaffe soldier in it. I know Luft soldiers were pressed into KZ positions late in the war but this doesn't appear to be the case. Any help deciphering this would be greatly appreciated.

He is recorded as missing in action September 1944 in the West.
Unit is FP Nr. 23940 - Stab IV u. 13.-16. Kompanie, Panzergrenadier-Regiment 21 (10. SS-Division).
Prior to 17.10.1944 the Feldpost number belonged to Stab II u. 5.-8. Kompanie Panzergrenadier-Regiment 19 (9. SS-Division) at Nijmegen.
