Anyone has a Flak DKiG Soldbuch/Wehrpass?

Recently I start to add some Soldbuchs from Flak members to my collection and lucky to add one for a NCO awarded the DKiG and during my research find that the Flak arm received a very low number of DKiG, best guess is around 500-550 till end of war as records are missing from June 1.944 when the number was 354.

I wonder if any member of this forum has another Soldbuch/Wehrpass from this arm and will be so kind to show it to us.

Thanks a lot and here is the link for mine.

Looking for DKiG Heer winner Soldbuch who also won the TDB and/or CCC, specially in Silver.

Thanks Jeremy, what amaze me is the low number awarded to those men, just 354 till June 44 so our best guest is 500-550 as stated in my original thread for soldiers who fought in all theaters and ranging from defending the homeland to frontline.

I have a Wehrpass to an officer in Flak-Rgt 153 who won the DKiG in early 1943 possibly for actions during the Russian offensive 'Little Saturn' but I'm not a paid up member anymore so can't post images.

I would agree it is rather remarkable the low number of awards considering they were deployed in a ground fighting capacity. Presumably the more static units deployed in cities were less frequently awarded higher level decorations.

You're welcome. The signature on the EK I Spange related piece of paper is Oskar Vorbrugg - Knights Cross & DKiG.

about 500 Kriegsmarine Uboot soldiers being awarded DKiG, and
about 500 Fallschirmjager soldiers being awarded DKiG as well,

which is more desirable, more costly, more difficult to find?

                          FJ > Uboot > Flak ?
