Help needed! SS PzRgt3 Soldbuch signature

Hello.

I just aquired a Soldbuch of SS PzRgt3.

The "Panzerkampfabzeichen Silber" entry was done September 8th 1943 by a "Obersturmführer and Adjutant".

The crossed out Feldpostnummer reads "48279" which was "Stab II u. Stabskompanie
SS Panzer-Regiment 3" at the time.

Can someone tell me the name of the signee?

Anton Prihoda, SS Nr. 400 118, SS Enlistment 03.05.1938

EKII, EKI, IAB, CCC, WB Black, Eastern Medal, PAB and a total of 60+ Einsatztage.
