in the 2nd pic, lower part of the page number 21, there is placed the Panzerkampf abzeichen II stufe.
in the 3rd pic you can see the assaults list. although not all detailed, at the upper part of this document there is the signed confirmation of his 25 assaults that earned the PKA25. then, 5 extra assault days are placed.
