German Dog Tag ID POL Werkst

I have a set I am considering selling consisting of a dog tag with the original neck string, early KVK II w/s and a 1 Okt medal. I wanted to see if someone could ID the dog tag as I don't want to over price the set. Can anyone tell from the pics which organization this belonged to? One side indicates the blood type. Thanks for any help.
