Robert, this award has nothing to do with "Anti-Partisan"-action. I was most likely given because of his "Krim"-service (together with Romanian units).

Hi Peter,
Thank you, and I am aware the actions are not the same. He has a number of battles / fights with non-military forces on his battle pages. Call them police actions, but they were probably against civilians which included political enemies and anyone else that had the potential to resist.
