I just picked this and haven't had to much luck finding any information. I did find a site that matched the information on the tag that covered information on soldiers death and nationality which were Finnish. Is this from that area of the war where Germany and Finland worked together.

something weird with that tag. How come the first 9 isn't the same as the 2nd 9 used,,,and really the 6 as usually its the same stamp.. Some of the letters/numbers look plenty strange....
Hopefully someone more up to date with tags will come on with an opinion on this. For me I wouldn't touch it..
