Hello !
I received a group of documents and papers, related to a soldier, who made his way
from Kanonier (in 1923) to Major (1945).
Some points, perhaps interesting :
He specialized as "Feuerwerker", (expert in dealing with ammunition/explosives),
he served some time at the Kummersdorf training ground and he also served
some time with the famous Inf.Rgt. 9 / Inf.Rgt. Potsdam.
I have posted some of the documents here (and hope they are original).

Along with the docs, there was a "Militärpass" :
I haven't had such a kind of doc before, and therefore I would hope, that
some members could help me with a few questions, related to it :
1) Is it original ?
2) Is this somehow a predecessor to the Wehrpass ?
(However, it seems that this doc wasn't updated during the service (as in a Wehrpass),
but all entries were made, when the soldier was dismissed.)
3) It looks almost as new (unused, opposite to a Wehrpass). Is this normal ?
Many thanks in advance,
Archi
