Wehrpass - Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Russia

    Hello guys,

I have in my possesion this Wehrpass that has seen the entire war from the beginning of the poland campaign untill the surrender of Germany (has been fired from duty on 10-05-1945). Unfortunatly the page that tells the Unit names has been damaged, I cannot read all but:
    6. IR Lübeck
    ??? ?kol? b(mot) 2/410
    2./ ??????? Btl 901

What could that be? He was a regular infantry soldier. Picture available here: https://imgur.com/a/Ckent

    Thanks in advance!

After some research I found out that 2/410 is Brückenkolonne B 2./410 Now what is this?! Does anybody know? Are this bridge building units?

Regarding Btl 901 what I think is '2nd Batterie ................ Batallion 901' So I looked at google but could not find anything with the number 901.

      Hello !

I think you are correct with the first unit.
At the start of the war, this Kolonne was Korpstruppe of X. A.K., under 8. Armee.
This was indeed an engineer unit for transporting bridge building equipment.
You can find some more infos and its approximate composition in these links :

On the second unit, I would think it is Landesschützen-Btl. 901, at the start
      of Barbarossa attached to 444. Sich.Div. (17. Armee) :

      Best regards,
