Postwar Reissepass of General Otto Remer

    Hi Guy's
I can buy this postwar reissepass (Travel ID) of the famous General Otto Remer.

Although this is postwar and the picture is missing this is still very interesting, but that is my opinion.
I can buy this for € 325.00 , is this worth this money ??

    Thanks in advance

        The last picture

There are more pages which are full of stamps so only a few have been photographed.

I look forward to your opinion.....

My humble Question is : What is the INterest of such a Piece ?? Everybody is free to give is own Answer, but as it has no War-relation, I would not buy something like that, indepedantly of the Price. One more time : Just my opinion.

Of course it is post war but the post war history of Remer is also very interesting. He fled to Egypt became the securitty advisor of President Nasser, went back to Germany, fled again went to Spain etc etc.
This ID is full of arabic stamps etc.
It is "You like it or you do not like it"......

Would have been nice had his photo still been present. Was issued in the 1970's with various travel stamping from that time period. Imho, he would also have had an earlier passport prior to the one shown. Still interesting, but...meh...

I tend to agree that the price is too high especially without a photo. Of course I think it's more interesting then his photos with postwar signatures. If you have a special interest in Remer then I'd go for it. I have a number of items that I overpaid for because I wanted them, understanding that I would never recoup my money. Jim

Thanks Jim , that is also what I mean.
If you only collect WW2 and absolute NOT post war items this ID is worth nothing.
If you like to collect history and it doesn't matter, WW2 or post war, then this ID is super interesting.
And if you can buy items you really like then you are also willing to pay a bit more.
