Soldbuch Translation assistance and Soldier ID

Hello all,

I picked up this Soldbuch a day ago, but haven't been able to translate or figure out any of the writings inside other than seeing he was a recipient of the KVK ek2.

If anyone could supply any information or photos of the man and his battalion, I would greatly appreciate it!

He was a Hauptmann, name is Karl Hintze, he is from Freyburg, his profession is Holzkaufmann , he has a scar on the right side of his face and chin.
Seems to be in Landschutz Ersatz und Ausbildung Batl. 4 There is a small bit in Lexicon der Wehrmacht on this Batl.
