Sorry to be a pain. I also found one loose black stamp inside this book. The pages have orange-red stamps on it but this black one was just loose inside. Any clue?? Thanks and that's all I will bother you with.. Robert

That's a 30 Pfennig stamp, you will probably find all the others have different face values!

Ian, are you sure? I know, that you are experianced in deciphering Wehrpasses, but this looks like Knut Pichler to me. Could you please take another look?

                best,
                Gerd

                  Hi Gerd,

If it was Knut I wold have expect a ^ above the U to indicate that letter!
It doesn't look quite like Hans but Knut is not a German name is it? I thought it was Norwegian!

Robert can you show any other entries were his name is written?

                  Cheers, Ian

                      Hi Ian ,

                      Definitive HANS.

Gerd....Knut is more a character from the Wicky the Wiking cartoons on tv, always screaming Uuuuhlaaaa Uuuuhlaaaa when going into battle.
And till today I still don't know if Wicky was a young boy or a girl.

                      yours

                        Ian,

Knut is a scandinavian name, but it is used often in Germany. It doesn´t look like Hans to me though.

                        best,
                        Gerd
