I am looking for the correct feldpost nummers for a couple units.

2nd SS Panzer Division 2 Kompanie 1 bat. Regiment "Deutschland"

2nd SS Panzer Division 2nd Pioneer Bat.

Years 1943 and 1944

9.11.1942 2 Kompanie, SS Grenadier Regiment "Deutschland" (Das Reich)
5.2.1944 2 Kompanie, I. Bataillon, Panzergrenadier-Regiment 3 "Deutschland"

Which part of SS Pi.Btl. 2? Each Kompanie had it's own number i.e. Stab, 1, 2, 3, 4 Kp.!

Hmm, so there is no 16th Kompanie? only 1, 2, 3, and 4.

16 Kp. was the Pioniere Kp. of some Regiments.....for example Heinz Macher EL served with 16.(Pi.) Kp./SS Pz.Gren.Rgt. "Deutschland".

Also with Fallschirmjäger units, the Pionier Zug was reorganised during 1944 and became 15 Kp.!

That number is for the 2ndSS 2nd Pz. Pioneer batalion, 16th Kompanie Deutschland regiment, correct?

No, SS Pz.Pi.Btl. 2 had 3 then 4 Companies.....

16 (Pi.) Kp./SS Pz.Gren.Rgt. "Deutschland". which was Pionier Company!!!!

Please read post 6 again

I. Btl. 1-4 Kp.
II. Btl. 5-8 Kp.
III. Btl. 9-12 Kp.
Independant Kp. under the Rgt. 13-16 (later 17) Kp.

Nothing to do with Pionier Battalion!
