Lot of luck that the owner of this number (20786) was in 17 "GvB" Division. This tag was issued in november 1944.

I am glad to be the new owner
In my opinion it is not GvB - but it could be also possible.

But I think it is from the SS Kampfgruppe "Dirnagel". This would match to the known EKM numbers of Dirnagel members just a bit lower and higher than 20786.

This is just my opinion.

But as I am researching for the Kgr. Dirnagel and also about the Götz, both usings would be totally ok for me
