2, What is the full sentence he wrote? bad handwrittings !
3, The number 183020 is the watch's series number?
4, The Fuhrerpaket to the Oberfeldwebel (foto 2) can be accociated with the watch?
(1944.12.20 he was in the rank of Oberfeldwebel)

It won't have anything to do with the Führergeschenk.
