DAF book

Hi everybody

I received this DAF book.

Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between the several
kinds of "wehrpas"/"soldbuk" . . . what are they for ? are they like the ID of a
person ? Is it for civil life too or only for the army ?

hi ran i think that what you show is daf work book.almost like paying your union dues.a soldbuch was carried buy the member of the armed force i e lw km ss and heer.the soldbuch would have all of his personal details date of birth and so on.the wehrpass.was and i will stand corected on this was i think kept at hq.but some of the guys can tell you more
