Medical codes in Wehrpass

Hello
Are there any of you can help me with some kind of code list and explanation of the codes contained in Wehrpass on page 35. This text must be well match the same way as the Wehrmacht sanitary vorschrift 1936. KV as I interpret it to kriegsverwendungsfähig.

There is more to it than what is quoted in that book...that is the basic Fehler codes. There are six classifications of fitness which is the prefix to the Fehler code:

A / B - Kriegsverwendungsfähig (fit for combat)
Z - zeitlich untauglich (temporarily unfit)
L - bedingt kriegsverwendungsfähig (fit for limited duty)
U - arbeitsverwendungsfähig (fit for labour duty)
vU - wehruntauglich (unfit for military service)

A 72 o - Geringe Grade von X und O Beinen. Geringe Verkürzung eines Beines bis zu 2 cm ohne Beeinträchtigung des Gehens.
A 51/2 - Bruchanlage oder gerinfügige Eingeweidebrüche, die feinerlei Beschwerden machen und kein Bruchband erfordern oder durch Operation zu beseitigen sind.
A 25/2 - Mindestens auf einem Auge vole oder fast volle (5/6, 6/7) Gehschärfe nach Ausgleich etwaiger Vrechungsfehler. Zum Ausgleich sind im Höchstfalle zulässig:
Konkavgläser 6,0 bis 6,5 D
Konvexgläser 2,5 bis 3,0 D
Zylindergläser 2,5 bis 3,0 D
Die Sehschärfe aud dem schlechteren Auge kan gering sein, jedoch is einäugige Blindheit nach B oder L 27 zu beurteilen.
A 44 - In bekleideten Zustand nicht affallende Schiefheit des Halfes, Erhöhung einder Schulter oder Hüfte ohne Beeinträchtigung der Beweglichkeit des betr. Körperteils.
A 41 - Geringe Bergrößerung der Schilddrüse. Voller hals.
B 39 - Stärkere Zahnschäden. Herausnehmbarer Zahnersatz im Unter und Oberkiefer.

(A 72 o - Slight degrees of X and O legs. Small shortening of a leg up to 2 cm without affecting walking.
A 51/2 - Fracture system or small intestinal fractures, which cause delicate discomfort and do not require a fracture or can be removed by surgery.
A 25/2 - At least on one eye vole or almost full (5/6, 6/7) walking acuity after compensation of possible misalignment. The following shall be allowed for compensation:
Concave glasses 6.0 to 6.5 D
Convex glasses 2.5 to 3.0 D
Cylinder glasses 2.5 to 3.0 D
The visual acuity for the worse eye can be slight, but one-blindness is to be judged according to B or L 27.
A 44 - In the clothed condition, not affinities of the half, increase of the shoulder or hip without impairing the mobility of the affected part of the body.
A 41 - Slight enlargement of the thyroid gland. Full neck.
B 39 - Stronger tooth damage. Removable dentures in the lower and upper jaw.)

And after all this he is still K.v. - Kriegsverwendungsfähig (fit for combat).
