I recently aquired a small group of documents. This item was included and I have my doubts. Any thoughts? Your opinions are greatly appreciated!

I've never seen one like it but it sure seems to have too many bells and whistles.

I'll say two things about it:
1. I've never seen one before.
2. It looks okay to me, as far as style & info contained, as well as signature and so forth.
Might not help much, but that's my impression.

No problem, perfectly authentic document. Attached a later slightly different version ( 1942 ) but with the same characteristics
