The ss-entry is still interesting.
The Korte Vijverberg is a road just near the Binnenhof = location dutch parliament before/after the war/and today.
At the Binnenhof several times dutch ss legion Niederlande members were sworn in there.
Hans Rauter also did have his office there.
On the first page: Ausland Berlin/Haag = Haag stands for Den Haag.
I have also seen such entries in other documents such as Wehrpaß, most often such a guy was a german living in the Netherlands, called up for duty during the war and had to report at Den Haag, Wehrmelde Amt Haag (Den Haag), under supervision Wehrmelde Amt Ausland Berlin.
