Thanks Edward. I'm not worried about the Soldbuch. Even with the fake entries, the real ones are good enough to keep it. I'm a "document" kinda guy, and there's plenty of other good stuff in the grouping. So 3 bogus entries in the Soldbuch are fairly minor to me.

I can't make it out, something on the lines of "according to doctors examination? with Army Discharge Office 3/X Bremen on 20.2.1945, member of.....(two), Anklam, 12.4.1945".
