    soldbuch falke division-panzer grenadier schleisien

    hello

here is the presentation of a soldbuch of the 29th infantry division

the soldbuch is in very poor condition, several pages disappeared, but it's interesting

opened on 26.08.1939 he(it) integret the aufklarungsabteilung 29
until February 43 or the division destroyed to Stalingrad and recreates in France with the 345th division infantry (page 3 lines 4) and then renames in June 43 the 29 panzers-grenadier-division

is affected to panzer aufklarungsabteilung 129 and it is affected has the pz.division schleisien in the beginning of March 45 when it obtains the EKI (there are doubts on this decoration, because no mention(distinction) from there EKII in the soldbuch, or can be on a missing page)
(thanks at lionel and christof for your help)

He was integret has the pz.division schleisien( Division-Begleit-Kompanie "Schlesien")
was integret in the Pz division Holstein, then integret in the 18th panzer division which fought in berlin
( Difficult to read but maybe the inscription on the page 3 lines 5 of the soldbuch to 04.45)

Quite information and opinion will be useful for me

IMHO this is an original Soldbuch from Pz Div. "Schlesien" with page 17 post war entry from the vet and EKI fantasy added. I think that the croos delivred in 1945 by the Div. Begl. Kp. is a EK II.

I think i agree with Christof.
It looks like an "I" of the EK I entry has been removed, thus making it an EK II entry.

And the text on the lower part of page 17 looks to be a post-war addition, possible done by the vet.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.
