                  I remember this now......saw it years ago in London.....it was expensive then!!! Remember the driving license.........also signed by Wiegandt but which one.....Erich or Herbert?

                  What stopped me from buying it was the fact it was a replacement Soldbuch and odd that it had such a low rank photo when he was an Obersturmfüher!

                  Nice group all the same!!

                    The lower signature is that of SS-Obersturmführer Wiegandt. I don't know anything more about him other than that he was stationed at Heidelager. He may have been the leader of the driving instruction course.

                        The photo is 1000% belongs to the Soldbuch and not replaced/tampered in any way!

                        Apparently, he had no other suitable image to provide at the moment of issue...

                                i mean Ian means the Soldbuch is a second use he will a 1 st use Soldbuch.
