wound code for Luftwaffe Soldbuch?

I have a Luftwaffe soldbuch, it has a wound code of 153b and 175a what are these wound codes? thanks inadvance

They might have used the Kriegsmarine codes.
The first one is: Erkrankungen der peripheren Nerven und Muskeln ('Normal' code - 26).

The second one is: Gelenkrheumatismus (akut) ('Normal' code - 30).
