The first three are done correctly. The last one is added and should have had a seperate stamp. The German military had specific regulations about the award entries and advised commanders to watch for the men adding their own awards. This case, most likley post war, is a good example of what they were advised to look for!

The point here is that his initial awards were made by Inf. Regt. 161 (part of 81. ID) and the EK2 has been awarded on the order of the Kdr of 121 ID...evidently when this man's unit was attached to that division durinf the fighting around Leningrad. However the EK1 has also been authorised by the Kdr of 121. ID. The chances of this man's new units (seemingly GR 174, part of 81. ID) being attached to the same dvision nearly two years later are slim to say the least.
So you have:
Units suspect
Handwriting suspect
No similar entries in that hand anywhere else
Award entry against all regulations
Equals 100% fake entry.
