Heeres Pz Jagdverband "S" Soldbuch

I picked this up yesterday at the flea market. The soldier had apparently been badly wounded and came back into service.

the late war entry Heeres Pz Jagdverband "S" and under equipment issue is the annotation "Tarnjacke" camo jacket.

there are post-war entries and he was hospitalized in 1945 in a Naval hospital

on page 15 is the annotation that he was "wiedereingestellt 6.09.44" or reinstated on 6 September, 1944 and on page 18 is the unsual stamp "Kreuzer Köln" which is also de-nazified

payment records are listed through January 1946 and on the decorations page all decorations were made while in artillery or 75 ID

Do you know anything about this Jadgverband? Perhaps somewhere in N. Germany due his stay in the Marinelazarett in Schleswig?

thanks, I have looked but apparently the Pz Jagdverbände are so late that very little literature exists for them.
