That's a very nice Erkennungsmarke/Brustbeutel set- and an interesting unit:

Gebirgs-Artillerie-Ersatz-Regiment 111

Formed on 27.8.1939 in Hall/Tirol (Austria), WK XVIII, as Gebirgs-Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 111; on 24.2.1940 redesignated Gebirgs-Artillerie-Ersatz-Regiment 111; 1.10.1942 divided into Gebirgs-Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 111 and Gebirgs-Artillerie-Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 111; Both were redesignated (and presumably recombined) as I./Geb. Art. Ers. bzw. Ausb. Btl. 112 on 6.11.1942.

So, this means your disc had to be issued some time between 24.2.1940 and 6.11.1942.

This unit supplied replacement troops to Gebirgs-Artillerie-Regiment 111, which was part of the 2. Gebirgs-Division.
