Unfortunately you already have sold the group and got in contact with his grandson recently. Otherwise he could have the chance to reunite it with the medals or wasn't he interested in the documents or his grandfathers career at all?

Thanks Erwin. Yes, the grandson is very interested in his grandfather's documents and history. In fact, he contacted me because he wanted to buy them. Let's hope that the documents will one day end up with him.
