I need your help to identify the signer of the following award doc:



I found on the web this statement:

Thomas-Emil von Wickede einger. 12.4.1942 , abgel. 16.9.1942 als Oberst u.Kdr. I.R. 408

but it seems not the Wickede signature I know.
