    Erfaßt durch 1. / Frontleitstelle 12 / Lager Thüringen

It think it was written after the end of WW2 in a camp.

Makes sense: the stamp has the swastika removed, so very probably it was impressed postwar.

        Many thanks,
well I will post a few pictures tomorrow, I know he served in Oslo during the war in the Frontleitstelle 12, he was at last Unteroffizier no awards, and after the 8th of May 1945 he was still in Norway.

Actually the date is 45 rather than 47.

Lager Thüringen refers to one of the reservations Wehrmacht units had to gather into after the surrender, several had German names though most kept their Norwegian place names. I'll see if i can find out which reservation Thüringen was for you.

Lager Thüringen was in the town of Skien in south east Norway, Frontleitstelle 12 had 460 men under their command whilst in the reservation around late may 45, many of which i guess were individual soldiers who weren't with their parent units.
