Kdr. Ordnungspolizei Minsk

Hi,
I bought a nice ID tag from Kdr. d. Ordnungspolizei Minsk recently.
To my surprise it has full information on it's owner scratched on reverse.
It says: Hauptmann Böse and his home address in Aurich, Friesland ( checked on google maps - the house is still there )
Does this person ring any bell to anyone here? Would be nice to get some info on his service.

Perhaps it was Hauptmann Otto Böse, born 26.7.00, married with 2 kids, promoted for Polizei Meister to Oberleutnant d. Schupo on 18.7.41 and to Hauptmannon 9.11.43? He was a member of the NSDAP since 1.5.33 having number 2 254 250.
